I can truly and totally relate to this. The shrinking shared space, and ever decreasing circles when the brick hits the still waters. It makes no difference who cast it , the ripples separate and carry us off ...wherever.

Thank you very much dear HF. I am so glad you felt the emotional heaviness of this poem that was literally spilled in under 5 minutes... Which is what initially made me a little unsure about it.
We do hold on too long, but I think when it comes to these matters we just want to be as sure as possible that we're making the right heartbreaking decision - when in fact we're just adding to the heartbreak.
