Who do you see (collaboration with diddi and Gigi)
Who Do You See
When you look in the mirror
is their someone else
defects in the shimmer
reflecting a hell
or a perfect winner
with stories to tell
the glimmer gets dimmer
when I look for myself .
I can see the gore hidden in my
eyes
the affection in disguise
affliction buried inside all this pride
I'm never quite satisfied
I see the scars that remain
I feel no pain
I'm looking for an end to the rain
No one can help me refrain from all of lifes pang
Damn sometimes I wish to just be insane .
To step into the world
of other direction
would all the wrong turns
become the right selection
we only ever learn
upon reflection
inside I die and burn
because of all the rejection
I wish I could so turn
the dirt to confection
inside the mirror yearns
my own acceptance .
Who would try and fix shattered glass
There's one to many scattered pieces
But I continue to look in that broken mirror
Knowing I'll never see myself any clearer
Fuck it!!!!
I'll wait for the sky to turn grey
And watch the water from the rain wash my "no" progress away
