Like Fireflies

eternity goes on and on
it never ends...it's never from
it's never to...it never was
it will not be ...it is because

it's all there is ...there's no big bang
there's no black hole...there's no time's fang
to gobble all when all is done
there is no end ...we all are one

fluctuation...here we are
thought enshrouded beings far
from personalities set hard
what we believe...we must discard -

eternity goes on and on
it never ends...it lasts so long
time disappears...time never was
time's what we dream in mind because

we are beings near a star
fluctuating on a par
with fireflies on summer nights
forever flashing living lights
