God bless Caseworkers (2/8/19)

Bless DHS caseworkers, one and all; the short and tall, the loud and quiet,
those who cause riot.
The silent, the ghosts, those on auto pilot

You chose working with
poor parenting, constantly rejecting, correcting, double checking, not perfecting but ALWAYS protecting.

Remember who you work for.  Children and families needing more.  Yes, I know they roar—-that’s why you adore and it’s never a bore and working with youth and children is a blessing not a chore.   And you keep doing more....

Why are you there? You care.  No one else would dare, the public is not aware and the news unfair. So be aware and have a life outside of there!

Some think they understand what caseworkers do. If they haven’t worn the shoe, they got no clue! Give credit where credit is due.  Unless you’ve done the job, you don’t know what’s true.

Just know—I gotta go, take care of each other and grow, I’ll still love you all after tomorrow, so please follow.  Take care of each other and stay on the the  ball-don’t fall and don’t forget to call!   I’m humbled by you all ♥️
