Death Of An Organ

Perfect little blob, designed by anonymous.
Cleaning toxins we ingest, working for free
Redish brown at birth, healthy, clean and strong
Until you decided to eat 34 aspirin for escape.
Now you turned me yellow,
bursting with angry streams of veins that can explode.
Scars that can never heal, worn like a medal you earned,
now disfigured your natural state.
My little brother , what have you done?
Your iron level is through the roof, this was one big goof.
Sometimes in life we make one really bad decision,
Changing the course of life, with no revision.
