From Mushroom Rings To Redwood Trees
Grasp, reluctant to scattered release-
Sprouts of air, into dust drifted seeds-
Floated trip, held high, on springing breeze-
---
All will fall, and find nestle in dirt-
Patience itself, awaiting own birth-
Taking nothing, to give in return-
---
Given to ride, on winds reternal grip-
Embrace of both, released in their kiss-
Anytime dew, formed from crisp fallen mist-
---
Anew lover, formed from flight beneath-
Glimpse of grasp, as symbiotics meet-
And thus, the thirst, gives itself to seed-
---------
Burying hands, into soil-
To spread fingers, in its depth-
Rooting around, to search for...-
Some kind of prophesied breath-
---------
The system, drilling ever down-
Rhythmic processively taps-
This is where I'll lay my roots-
This has now become new land-
---
Once lost, where did it stem before-
Long since on old gust to soar-
To bend and rise, gentle more-
---
Patience rebirthing, yet again-
Cycle reforming within-
Sun-searching, proud, noble stem-
---
Splitting from the unforked known-
Soaking shine, to reflect growth-
Fiber aubades, heaven-sown-
---------
Branching in new found directions-
Fresh wooden skin, of armor forged-
Newly formed, budding distractions-
Mistral leads pollinated swarm-
---------
Peacefully piercing pointed twigs-
Needled upward, into the sky-
Taunt, sticking to empyrean-
Divine growth, to welkin, so high-
---
Rings of growth-
Rooted forth-
Larger, for the course-
---
Trunk is carved-
Shielded bark-
Stretching, to the stars-
---
Reaching to the malleable clouds-
Standing so firm, and tall, and proud-
Canvas to the canopy shroud-
---
Part of the ample open blue-
A kiss between, forging the two-
The forest, vegetated new-
---------
Ever increased, scattered release-
As always, once again-
Blooming aura, bundled flora-
Seed, drifted on the wind-
---------
Cradled newborns, to the soil-
Renewing of rebirth-
Brand new celestial spores-
Bossom, of Mother Earth
Sprouts of air, into dust drifted seeds-
Floated trip, held high, on springing breeze-
---
All will fall, and find nestle in dirt-
Patience itself, awaiting own birth-
Taking nothing, to give in return-
