This is not my poem!!

It was given to me by
someone on a piece of
paper when I was very
young!
For no other reason than the mood just striking me, I
wanted to post it here on this forum.( Sorry, it's in German)
Freudvoll und Leidvoll
Gedankenvoll sein
Langen und Bangen
in schwebender Pein
Himmelhoch jauchzend
Zu Tode betruebt
Gluecklich allein ist
die Seele die liebt
