Shore Story

Water trickling along the shore..
From the waves crashing abroad the horizon.
My shades are reflecting blue from the suns powerful rays.
That are beaming down slowly turning my pale skin slightly brown.
As the heat intensifies,
I can feel all the toxins flowing freely out of my body.
Like with each breathe I take,
The salty air cleanses my lungs.
As the smoke rolls between my lips.
From the sticky green leaf that heals and uplifts.
Sitting on the rocks,
Watching the sun slowly set.
Letting go off all negativity that has lead to regret.
My soul can be free.
As I forget who I use to be.
