breathe...deep within the atmosphere
we live, we love what we hold dear -
breathe...within our dreams as they unfold
both when young and too when old -

breathe...every morning when we rise
the air is clear, so too the skies -
breathe...thoughts flow by on torrents born
from our egos they are torn -

breathe...sensations whirl as feelings spin
a constant motion deep within -
breathe...we become both sour and sweet
through what we drink and what we eat -

breathe...with all the beings of the Earth
we share it all from death to birth -
breathe...in each mind and in each heart
each breath we take's a brand new start -
