Set Me Free

When I first met you, you set me free. That first kiss was like Nectar or honey from a bee. I longed for your kiss each and every day. If I could not have it, I always found away. I pushed away my children, I pushed away my wife, I pushed away the ones I love to have you in my life. But all of a sudden you begin to change. Your kiss that was one sweet, now drives me insane. So here I am on my knees asking God to take control. He’s heard my cries, he has reached his hand, addiction let me go. The weight that I once carried that sent me to my knees, will no longer be a burden my God has set me free.
