Sounds like something the 10 wannabe next prime-ministers in the U.K should pay attention to. Honesty isn't even on their radar, only power-lust megalomania.
The notion of silence at the end of each word reminded me of that momentary pause between outbreath and inbreath, a moment where some say everything can (in/voluntarily) change. In the poem's case, morals fading into silence is an intriguing idea.
