My Strength

Nicely put (as always) - although we know  in theory "unfairness" and "feeling alright" are not mutually exclusive - it's hard to believe it is so when we are in the middle of recovering from an unfair blow in our lives.

How nice of you, Josh. :-)  It is really unthinkable at that time... But afterwards the realization hit me that it wasn't just that, it was them telling me that they believed in my resilience and strength, wanting me to believe it as well.

Sometimes the author's notes are needed, and I'm glad I felt the need to clarify when I submitted this piece.

Thank you for recognizing these details that I think are often lost... It is the one visual aspect about my words that I feel gives them more power. So happy that you always pick up on that… ;-)
