You tempt me, you tease me  
Temporarily please me  
Then make me forget how to smile

Enticed me this morning to rise
Once more to taunt, once more you smiled
I freely resolve to comply

What else can I do as you coax me to care?

The Moonlight was soothing
Till sunrise disturbed the morning calm
For you I've fallen like you long before  
Now your grip won't let me escape through the door  
 
Behind your red aura
Smoke rises to hide the true nature of this
Flames of desire reveale the darkness within
While your icey breath burns worse than fire
 
The angel I fell for
Was my own dark temptation
And now there"s no hope for ascension
From the Hell you're putting me through
 



Oh Lucy for God's sake  
Don't break my heart, don't push us apart

If you'll only give into your heart

Show me more than vapor and smoke
Not just one more toy that you broke

Together I share your solitary gaze  
Luring me with an allure that stings
 
Was I no more than your virtual lover
Who found out I was merely a joke?



 
I tasted the nectar that dripped from your garden
Then found your fruit ripened too late
As the apple fell far from the cart
 
Holding your hand I wandered alone
Resisting the cold that haunted my soul
As your whispered of warmth I felt your frost bite
With fire that was not of the heart


 
When I prayed for a soulmate
While there's a chance for our souls to dance
