I am afraid I am guilty as charged. Sadness like a heavy coat takes effort and strength to remove it. there are times when I wear this coat because it is easier. Thank you for sharing this inspiring poem :-)))))))

Thank you so much David for your thoughtful comments  .. yes, it does feel like a heavy coat at times .. and not always easy to shake off .. but things are lighter and it's easier to breathe when we do .. hugs my friend
