Oh, very nicely done, my dear...
with motivation clear
a nursery rhyme...a teaching tool
for molding the pliant young dear

Having planned a lovely lesson
Mother Nature loves us all...
for She has bided patiently
whilst we have screwed up...royally...

and yet we are still here...so
Mother must see something...
in us worth redeeming...
or sure as shootin'

we woulda been
flushed down the drain
...of infinite wisdom...
       ...in one helluva hurry...
