In Triplets

One two three one two three one two three four,
Pick up a lyric and then hit the floor
Shit is so easy you can't find a door?
Rapping in one two three one two three four.
 
Rhyming in triplets is getting so old,
So many rappers are lacking the soul,
This basic rhythm has been overdone,
Rapping in triplets like one two three son.
 
In today's music they need better rhyme,
Spitting out lyrics like they don't have time,
Ridiculous lines don't make any sense,
Making that money at other’s expense.
 
There is no depth to any of these songs,
Just a sick beat that the DJ prolongs,
And they keep yapping like never before,
A boring one two three one two three four.
 
They repeat and repeat all before us,
Pick up a book or read a thesaurus!
Some of these bars are just horrible,
I would punch them like I was Chuck Norris.
 
I’m  sick of rappers rapping in triplets,
They treat these threes without any spirit,
Mix that shit up and try better lyrics,
They mumble like they’re all choking on dicks…
 
Dictionaries should be their new best friend,
Poetry will give them a better pen,
But stop that one two three one two three four,
It’s been used way too many times before.
 
One two three one two three one two three four?
Turn off the radio and listen no more.
