Dream of the vanishing man
I went down to the sacred sea.
And waited there for the tide to wash over me.
I had a dream.
Of a disappearing man.
It was the furthest that I’d ever been.
My body withered, under the glowing sun.
The wind went above and paid me no heed,
To the earth where my life’s blood drained out.
My eyes were stuck shut.
With every grain and every drop,
It was the furthest that I’d ever seen.
It is the best that I’ll ever be.
