Death to a heart attack

You'll never have departed in time,
once I have left the starting line.
My parting gift to you,
this simple rhyme.
Gobble it, like you do with
any food you find.
Pipe up and get pipes
shoved up a new behind.
You're too behind,
your heart's clogged up
like sewage lines.
You chose to loaf in lieu of grind
and now you're supersized.
Early death, coming from myself or suicide.
Don't you know that life is do or die?

Igor,
poking Dr.Frankenstein,
I'd break and use your spine
but it'd be as useful
as a corpses mind.
Knocking at my door
at only 35.
You're just as slick, as telescopes
are blind.
For you, there's no hope to find,
The underworld pines,
they know you're sick inside
and that your soul is mine.
Petitions signed for you to just resign.
I see wishes high, as your prayers
hit the skies.
You can even wear disguise, but still I'll spy.

l'm going to get you
every time,
I watch from high as you try to hide,
I've let you decide and
the fact you're still alive
means you've chosen death by homicide.
R.I.P your pride.
see me, pee your pants and die.
Make peace and cease yourself
or hit the streets and cry.
I'll meet you there and give you wings to fly
as your heart explodes, another case closed,
another body lies.
