Millennial Heroes (just like Spacemen)

We're the virgin consummation
And we're doing quite middlin'
We're the woke congregation
Half asleep on Ritalin

What you're calling my cynical style
Is what we call a Millennial smile
And if we're not what you figured
Say nothing, we get triggered
And to prove we're not racist
Gangsta rap on our playlist

And we all like violence
And we're just like Spacemen
Scanning screens in the silence
Hiding out in the basement
We're the new kid hipster
Try to be the outcast one
We're the new generation
Trying hard to be the last one

We like the right likes
Retweet the right posts
Heroes to the cause
More social than most
Too busy to march
Too tired to help out
We've got to subscribe
To build a view count

And we're just like Spacemen
We are the real heroes
