i'd like someone to leave my bones somewhere mysterious, like implanted in a tree. then i'll be in a museum- Ripleys' maybe, the case of the woman in the tree as per some kind of unusual ritual. none of that silly casket stuff.

Don't disagree, only my preference, not due to fear of being buried, more of burdening those left behind and taking up space.
Cost effectiveness also comes to mind, go spend the savings on a party.
Either way won't change how often I'm thought of after I'm gone.
