Image for the poem I know you..

I know you..

I know you..
I see you everyday with those dark brown eyes
I sleep on your pillow every night
I feel your pain when the cold rapes your body

I know you...
I see how you look at the world
I sleep in the dark where you cry
I feel your seizures when the warmth fills your body

I know you...
I see when you hurt, love and grin
I sleep every night with your daily sin
I feel you feel emotions, effervescent

I know you, don't I ?
I see, I sleep, I feel you.. don't I?
Don't I, little Indian?
Don't I... know you from within?

I must know you!
For I live with you in your skin.

I know you!
Alas, I conclude, I don't know you!
How can I know you?
A woman as fleeting as the evasive wind.
