It Started So Innocently
It started so innocently
When I first saw you
The impact on my mind
Was not felt straight away
You slowly seeped into my consciousness
Now it’s all so different
You walk through my thoughts barefoot
Leaving sultry footprints
Where ever you go
For me to blindly follow
It’s not innocent now
More than intoxicated by your beauty
All I want to do is melt into you
Blur the lines of contact
So my senses merge with yours
Now I want the purest taste of you
Where fire touches fire
Sweet seductive moments
That keeps time with wild imaginations
And wilder hearts
When I first saw you
The impact on my mind
Was not felt straight away
You slowly seeped into my consciousness
Now it’s all so different
You walk through my thoughts barefoot
Leaving sultry footprints
Where ever you go
For me to blindly follow
It’s not innocent now
More than intoxicated by your beauty
All I want to do is melt into you
Blur the lines of contact
So my senses merge with yours
Now I want the purest taste of you
Where fire touches fire
Sweet seductive moments
That keeps time with wild imaginations
And wilder hearts
