my pain, it grows quickly though you wouldn’t notice,
i hide it like ninja, it beams like the solstice
my hands, they are stronger than cables and wires
i climb and i crawl and i sweat to get higher
my only goal is to survive, i will not appear weaker
i will rise, hide my fall, i’m a lover, a seeker.
i look for bright things in dark people
with the sunrise, i wake
and in the happiest places,
i‘ll always find hate.
i find negatives in numbers
the moon, my sunshine
time runs out quickly,
as i age like fine wine.
my body’s a temple,
a nice house with a view
and while many have visited,
i have loved very few.
i hide it like ninja, it beams like the solstice
my hands, they are stronger than cables and wires
i climb and i crawl and i sweat to get higher
my only goal is to survive, i will not appear weaker
i will rise, hide my fall, i’m a lover, a seeker.
i look for bright things in dark people
