Hiding Within:  You & me

 
Verbally ----
and rightly so,
You say
I surprised You
in choosing You
over, above & all.

You, surprised
me too,
when Your heart
noticed me
from Your hidden
place.

You are now,
my hiding place
when I need
the quiet, a hug…..
bury my face
in You.

You!
I found me
inside of You.
Too!
I hold You safe
inside of me.

We are
our hiding places
when we
need to be
and when
we’re not
thinking
about it.

Perhaps,
we hid
only in waiting
for our mutual
uncover,
Discovery?

Whatever the reasons
I’m grateful for us.

& within
We found us.
