she says it is not
the complete picture
just a snapshot
i see and tell
i agree
but hell
i have never mentioned
she's flawless
or that
she is perfect
that would be a lie
always stressed
the human
in the superhuman
traits
she owns
not that
she's not imperfect
infact
some imperfections are simply beautiful
and that is
the beauty of
being
a human
i would have screamed "run"
and ran a mile
if i had seen perfection
perfection is not for me
i
am a human
one
covered in dust
head to toe
so
to not acknowledge
and
to overlook
imperfection
is but plain, simple
lying
to self
i prefer truth
'cause it is beautiful
and
it reveals itself
no matter
how hard you try
hiding it
