A Conflicting Enigma: For One to Be Either Thankful OR Thankless
So it's that thankful Holly Jolly hodgepodge of a mixed religious cultures time of year yet once again where all walks of life especially the sinful, greedy, selfish, and heartless abruptly begin masquerading around as short-term makeshift do-gooders that is until Thanksgiving and Christmas come and go in the new year begins. At that point, people turn back into their everyday heathenry and heedlessness selves. It's undeniably true that there are so many folks during the entire year who are outrightly utterly selfish, ungrateful, unkind, unmindful, priggish, stuck up, unthoughtful and uncompassionate. It seems as though it is far too difficult and taxing for anybody to even try and be the slightest bit selflessly compassionate, benevolent, mindful, respectful. grateful towards somebody else who isn't themselves. Furthermore, throughout the year, there is a majority of society that lack thereof any gratitude for either having minimalist belongings or having an overabundance of materialistic things. So instead of being thankful or appreciative for what they currently have they feel the urge and the necessity, to bitching whine and complain about what little they have or do not have. However though during the month that Thanksgiving does occur people tend to be a whole lot less whiny and bitchy and become more gratifying and generous as well as being more kind-hearted to everyone including the less fortunate and even to those that they despise. How peculiar that is?
And whenever Christmas month arrives people tend to increase their niceness a hundredfold. I believe people do this merely for the fact that they might have some sort of irrational delusional mentality that during the month of November and December is the time that they can somehow make up for all their immoralities and indecencies and transgressions against other people in the previous months. In order to possibly have some sort of moral conscious clean slate in the next coming year. But I don't know for certainty, that just my hypothetical theory.
But nonetheless, it's that time of year where Thanksgiving is coming up where friends and family will be meeting up and frolicking in wholesome unison. And eventually gathering around a table or a couple tables or some card tables or kiddie tables just so they can enjoy feasting upon a glorious scrumptious meal made by someone, while everybody relishes in carefree laughter and untroubled good times. Yet elsewhere and either this country or somewhere someplace in the world, it is likely that there is even more of a majority that isn't gathering around friends or family to enjoy Thanksgiving meal. But instead, they are all by their lonesome self either enjoying a hot Thanksgiving meal or quite possibly not even doing that. Russia sure you can bet your bottom dollar they're more than likely not thoroughly enjoying this particular holiday. When in actuality there is a high possibility that they just might be contemplating life and death...
Sure before Thanksgiving, there are those out there who might give their gratitude and respect to those veterans who served by either giving them a hand out of a few dollars or even some food from their pantry for the store. But however, on Thanksgiving, those people would rather be at home safe and warm with their families and friends rather than leaving the comfort of your home and committing a selfless act of compassion by aiding and feeding those who might be less fortunate or homeless. I mean come on seriously, is there anybody who's ever considered how selfish they must be not to be thinking or helping out the less fortunate or homeless more than one time of the year? And why is it that on a holiday that is supposed to embody being thankful and generous that nobody seems to want to be that way unto those who have nothing at all...
It is such a disturbingly sad fact to admit, that during these two months which people are so religiously fond of that they're only charitable and thankful towards other human beings. But as far as the rest of how every frickin frackin days of the year, people are deliberately being wrongfully unlawful greedily misappropriating and stingy unto the less fortunate for no apparent reason or cause. Not to mention they also like helping themselves to a big heaping serving of being even more so utterly ungratefully backstabbing unto those who are kind-hearted unto them...
It is the sort of perplexing individuals with questionable morals and indecencies that come off as being thankless and greedy all year-round that make the Grinch himself look like a sinless saint. I mean come on why is it so much easier for shameless folks to be selfish, stingy and greedy all year round right up until November and December? Rather than be selfless by being kind-hearted and charitable during the 365 days of the year? Is it really that hard to do?
A whole lot of people have a tendency to epically fail in actually giving thanks and appreciative respect to those who truly deserve it most of all. As well as actually being grateful for all the small things they've received throughout the year, such as roof over their head or the food on the table every day or the ones who've loved them through thick and thin or their families or even the very breath of freedom that they are given each and every day by the selfless sacrifice of the men and women in and out of uniform...
In conclusion, I want to hint at the fact that there is a cryptic meaningful message that will hopefully be decrypted and interpret as well as understand in its fullest capacity by the one who finishes reading this allegory. But if one does not grasp the oh so simple hidden meaningful truthfulness while reading this - Welp, then it's a safe bet to say that you apparently must be one of the many thankless greedy selfish loafs amongst the majority of the masses of society!!!
