Immolation Breath

Our tales, the smokes of embers’ light,
Ten thousand fires, in voiceless song.
We sing to those, the starless night
Now claims their own, they now belong.

We breathe their lives, their dust, our wails,
Our tales the smokes of embers’ light,
The godless amber hills assail,
In soot and ash, their blackened sight.

The storms that build with no respite,
From grey clouds fall the lifeless snow.
Our tales, the smokes of embers’ light,
Will not suffice to let them go.

Hiroshima to Paradise,
Agoura Hills, and Dresden strikes,
In choking fumes, their sacrifice,
Our tales, the smokes of embers’ light.
