Garbage

 
I never refer to any human being as a dog because it's offensive to dogs.
Human beings are grotesque. Human beings are garbage.
We spend our lives trying to be something that we are not, fearing who we can't be and often meeting that reality with hostility and violence.
Like a flame, difference scares us and we succumb to the mammalian instinct to stomp it out like panicked gorillas.
Dogs aim to be one thing: dogs. They don't want to be the best. They just want to be good. They just want to love and be loved.

That's it. And this massive difference is why we are garbage and they are perfection.
Spoken language, written masterpieces, feats of engineering, these aren't marks of how far we've evolved they are merely parlor tricks in the grand scheme of things.
Our actions toward each other are our evolutionary legacy. We make up excuses to explain away our behavior including but not limited to "gluten" and "the devil made me do it."

Let's take the most recent attack on the Jewish Temple in Pittsburgh as an example of such demonic activity. A man, a flesh and blood, hate-saturated man that openly and publicly displayed his vitriol walked in to a house of worship and murdered 11 people; one of them being a holocaust survivor that made it through one of histories greatest tragedies in human history only to be killed by this white supremacist piece of shit.
The same people that ignored his very public hate speech as harmless free speech are now trying to make that separation by calling him crazy.
they played the mental illness card. As someone who is mentally ill and has NOT killed a room full of people, I detest this.
Violence is a choice. Mental illness is a shitty hand your are dealt at birth. A curse. Not a scapegoat for those that want a get out of jail free card paid for by those of us who suffer everyday.
To characterize mental illness as the willful perpetuation of violence is to absurdly call the Egyptians..the Romans...and the Nazis crazy.
That is ignorant and I take exception to it.
We are constantly spending time looking for angels when we could be using that time learning to BE angels.

We were taught to believe all kinds of lies, like the Lazarus Ressurection. If only intentions could bring back those 11. We give life and breath to unspeakable things when we explain away these atrocities.
Politicians are paid to make sure legislation goes the "right way" which is the "white way." The bills that changed hands are tainted orange spray paint and the ground is stained with blood and mental illness and hatred share a definition.
Domestic terrorism being called mental illness in some sick attempt at the plastic surgery for the human condition temporarily hides the beast, but the ill fitting definition sags and shifts, we'll see the bone structure and teeth of it again.

Our bones are garbage. Our words are garbage. Our intentions our thoughts, our prayers are garbage. In looking for God, we gave birth to the demons. PEOPLE gave birth to evil. The devil just provides word and board.
