Inquisitive looks,
those knowing smiles
my way with want of
detailed explanations

But I'd evade the urge
to begin an adventure

(that would end in disbelief
& jealously of a love being
that beautiful,
Oh, and the amount of power
plays provided by such a fine
lover with my name now
scrawled in full along his
gorgeous length.)

Instead just giving a

"Oh it was ok.."
