Glow light
Distracted, probably
Preoccupied
So many questions, unsatisfied
I am melting
As you can see
And the bond we had
Is loosening
I knew way back
As my illness progressed
The future would be a hell of a mess
I’ve become much slower
While you speed away
You hate hearing my whimpering pain
I can’t really blame you
You should be eager to live
My restraints and complaints
Have only sorrow to give
I plead with the shadows
To take out my life
Nothing else matters
I’m too tired to fight
I am a burden
I am in pain
I just can’t win at everything
Distracted, probably
Preoccupied
So many questions, unsatisfied
I am melting
As you can see
And the bond we had
Is loosening
I knew way back
As my illness progressed
The future would be a hell of a mess
I’ve become much slower
While you speed away
You hate hearing my whimpering pain
I can’t really blame you
You should be eager to live
My restraints and complaints
Have only sorrow to give
I plead with the shadows
To take out my life
Nothing else matters
I’m too tired to fight
I am a burden
I am in pain
I just can’t win at everything
