You're Not Alone
I couldn’t help but notice[/font]
the tears[/font]
that threaten to pour from your[/font]
downcast eyes.[/font]
Or the way you walk:[/font]
hands in your pockets and[/font]
back hunched, as if[/font]
some immense weight was[/font]
pushing down on you.[/font]
[/font]
I wanted to tell you that I know how you feel.[/font]
I am no stranger to[/font]
despair.[/font]
To the overwhelming sense that nobody cares,[/font]
that you are completely[/font]
alone.[/font]
[/font]
I can’t fix all your problems for you.[/font]
I can’t step into your life and[/font]
magically make all your pain[/font]
disappear.[/font]
[/font]
But what I can do, is[/font]
listen.[/font]
Or, if you don’t want to talk, I can[/font]
give you my shoulder to cry on,[/font]
let you wipe your tears on my shirt.[/font]
If you insist on not crying, then that’s fine too. We can[/font]
write novels with our eyes.[/font]
[/font]
Just know that someone, somewhere,[/font]
cares.[/font]
Someone[/font]
understands[/font]
how you feel.[/font]
Above all, know that[/font]
you don’t have to suffer alone.[/font]

Tender and heartfelt. Especially liked the line "We can/write novels with our eyes".
