Note for the Suicide Squad

 
It's a very strange thing
The suicide note
Should it now be an e-mail
Or maybe a text message
Or how about a limerick
If you have ever sat down to write one
Its fuckin really, really difficult to do

Firstly who do you address it to
Should it be one or many recipients
How far should you cast your net
Once you decide who to address it to
More hurdles are placed in your way
How do you address it "Hi Guys"? " Dear friends"?
"Dear Cunts" "Wish you were here"? "Hey"?
"To whom it may concern" kinda of a moot one
Decisions, decisions, decisions

These two decided then the difficulty gets worse
Two words 'Need for fuckin content' I know that's four
Shut the fuck up I am on a roll - logic is dead to me
Is brevity the order of the day, short and sweet?
Saving all those caring readers from getting bored
Or should you write a novel, possibly a best seller?
Should you head for medium and mundane
Should you include jokes or funny anecdotes
What about nostalgic reflections or expressions of love
Options, options, too many fuckin options

Should I go all Buddhist and confess any wrong doings
And forgive everyone who has treated me like shite
Should I go all catholic and seek repentance for God
Should I go all terrorist and blow myself up for those virgins
Should I go all quiet and bow out silently as a slaughtered lamb
Maybe kicking and screaming is the right way firing both barrels
Maybe the not should be private, family members and friends only
Or A public statement sent out to all media outlets and a good lawyer
Naming and shaming all guilty parties without fear or favour
Maybe it should hold peoples feet to the fire
Ironic if you are a man with no feet
But necessary as there seems to be a trend of the guilty going free
Decisions, decisions, decisions

When I think about it it's actually not difficult at all
People who commit suicide had been driven to that point
And so, I will:
hold peoples feet to the fire
Name and shame all guilty parties (with supporting evidence)
Make it a public statement sent out to all media outlets and a good lawyer
Go kicking and screaming, firing both barrels
Confessions yes, forgiveness no
No nostalgic reflections or expressions of love
No jokes or funny anecdotes
Fuck brevity

Like Ron Jeremy said "This is going to be a long one"
And quoting from the movie three hundred
"This will not be over quickly and it won't be pleasant!"
Surely at some point real justice has to be done
'Though heavens may fall, the truth will prevail"
When you poke a bear, a Scottish bear
Be prepared bear the consequences
Gloves off claws out
The note is signed and dedicated to
"The few who actually gave a fuck!"
