Positive thinking
Yes positive thinking it works as said...
In talks and in the books its read...
Think in all ways a positive mind...
Cant go wrong with results we find...
To think we can do what we can...
Our mind it helps us with our plan..
To think we can't do what we can..
Will just default our ready plan...
But think we can succeed our deed...
And we will indeed fullfill that need...
So as for the positive, this I found...
Think the best, don't hit the ground...
It can be done, I no its true...
My days ahead no more look blue..

No more need for negative sinking...

Yea, positive thinking can make a big difference. When you force yourself to think a little more positively, life seems more hopeful and your downs less low. Oddly enough, most people do this naturally. The one's who don't make things seem more positive than they actually are usually end up depressed.

Yes, but then its all about being real isnt it and not hiding beneath a false curtain of positiveness when really your miserable and can let it out instead of supressing how you really feel.

thinking positive is the best thing to do but at some points being positive can really hide the truth and the pain you really confront but i still really liked it.

I write my poems as I feel right from my heart. As many others I have had huge trials to overcome. Helps to write about them, helps with the healing process. Luckily I have overcome them and in a much positive space now, even thought I lost my beloved Mum 8 weeks ago. Thankyou for the comments :-)
