The time of the operation of the machine is upon us
The time of the operation of the machine is upon us.
We forgot "to put our bodies upon the gears, upon the wheels
Upon the levers, all the apparatus and you've got to make it stop"
We're all shackled by the advancement of technology that we forgot who we are
Who's to say we are not also machines?
When smartphones fill our dinner tables.
When headphones, Google lens and Microsoft halo lens have imprisoned us in our "private" space.
When babies are born in tubes and bottles.
When one can desert their private parts for the other.
Are we just pieces in a bigger machine?
Have we really forgotten who we are?
Is this the reason why we send brothers and sisters to war?
Is this the reason why we abort children?
Is this the reason why we kill one another?
Are we all that dispensable?
Are we just parts of the machine and can be easily replaced?
The time of the operation of the machine is upon us.
Sewing us into expected average life span.
We're all just liabilities.
We've all outlived our usefulness.
Because we've all now been programed.
1's and 0's like some sort of binary.
And the government is god.
We all want the brazelless smartphone.
The fastest computer, the fastest car, the smartest house and the end of our lives.
Is this what we've become?
Our human minds have been prevented from working at all.
The machine is working us all.
The time of the operation of the machine is now upon us.
We forgot "to put our bodies upon the gears, upon the wheels
Upon the levers, all the apparatus and you've got to make it stop"
We're all shackled by the advancement of technology that we forgot who we are
Who's to say we are not also machines?
