Life can be hard and throw you a curve ball
But who can say how your life can go day by day

I have seen the good and seen the bad
I have even been to the edge and back

I feel as someone has a grudge up there
Thinking what else can we throw her way
But I am strong and I am bold
I feel as if my mind is old
I become wiser with the more I know
There must be truth to it everyone says so

I can feel alone but also loved
I have support but have no trust
I have been betrayed but truly trusted
I feel so lost but also found
