one all seeing,
namu amida butsu,
crane on utmost branch
only the tree
sees the crane
standing
dharma
emptied to be filled,
namu amida butsu
sun in morning fog
morning fog
hiding day's new sun
in vain
sangha
encompassing all
namu amida butsu
wind in wheat fields
prayer flags
sending proof that
wind exists

Good work you 2. Soothing & lullaby effect, as indeed prescribed, by the balms of Buddhism.
Thank you, Rob, I was still trying to sort out the way the set was structured as you were reading it & then writing your comment. Plus I also added to my Author’s Note by saying that this was our first collaboration back at the end of 2015 but was never published till now. We of course have done many more since then.

the one you remember was an altered version for a competition that insisted we go by the very much incorrect 5/7/5 of English American haiku.
