It's ok to cry
whether you're happy or sad
whether you're feeling good or bad
when the tears naturally well up
and your eyes puff and swell up
when a baby is born
or a loved one dies
it is ok to cry
when you're the target of teasing
or sometimes, for no reason
it is always ok to cry.
