Two seasons of rose garden

Window portrays dark image
Seasonal decay slipping into sight
Blooming slumber
Tainted brown
Faded petals flake away
Shriveling remains fall limp

Frosty views creep through
Frozen high within liquid skies
Crystal flakes born of metamorphose
White wonder spills heavy burden
Thick blanket draping days
Exposure

Distancing star stretching out
Touching upon icy cover
Weak thaw races along peaking top
Icicle drips within temperate cycles
Windows bed of beauty lie below

All icy environment is still until
The sun above shines bright as it burns
Dripping starts day by day
From the first day of the first month of spring

Outside windows a flesh of cold snow
Like canvas when the sun is still blazing
It poses a beautiful omen of season
The rays beam through
Melting each icicle as water drips

Rain follows by until the sky turns dry
Miraculously the wind has blown
And the only shape formed in sky
Is the rainbow when the sun shines

After stormy tides of coldness
The days are sunny and bright
Under the glaring sun
Nature bursting in full bloom
Its field with vivid grass
And blooming roses
