the cold manner of some people

the coldness of some people
the way they speak their words
i cannot receive cold without wanting to answer back
words spoken in a mean tone,
my mum thinks she can tell us my sister to shut up
just because she is stating her annoyance at the neighbours music
first of all it was shut up , shut up
then she spoke to us like we are simply annoying
saying its not allowed to shout or argue in the house
so its ok for others to shout when they are upset but not me?
i have mental health issues and emotional problems
unfortunately i cannot always control my behaviour or act
jjust how others want me to act
i cannot be perfect because perfection does not exist in me
especially when i am mentally ill
i had a short outburst yesterday , was that wrong
is that not allowed, even if i am mentally unwell ?
i'm not going to express my upset outside on the street, am i
or shout my head off in the garden
the house is the only space i have to release my upset
and yet im told i cannot do it
are people stupid ? do they even understand what they are saying to me?
apparently other people can do what they want
but i can't, one thing for some , another for others
i'm sorry for being mentally ill and messed up
i never asked to be this way
but do not talk to me horribly just because you feel you can
do not think you can talk to me a certain way
just because you feel you can
try thinking a little more
shall i talk to you in a horribly cold manner and see how the hell you like it

so why do it to me ? why talk to me in a nasty cold manner
it's not nice, think about your cold words and your cold manner
think a bit more and haev more thought
or do you not care about changing your ways
