The plastic sole of my shoe
Steps upon the spider
Because i deem i don't want it here
Pest

I watch as its leg twitches
I wonder if it's nerves
Or it's last feelings of living
Stare

Life is so precious
It scares me to death
Breathe in deep
One last breath

There are others out there
Species survives, kill a bloodline
Spray the poison into the face
Deemed the cockroaches must die

The cell of Earth
Deemed humans, cancer
Cancer cell
Deemed planet's savior

Agile ecosystem
Fragile egos in them
And when it all burns
