The Hope Disease

All the masses scream "What do you believe?" All that we can do is hope man.
Have you been deceived? It's like there's no way of knowing.
"If we evolved why are monkeys still in trees?" Uh-oh... looks like progress is slowing.
All of this pollution done for greed! "If global warmings real then why's it snowing?"
 
All I bring to you is wisdom filled material.
Written to a melody most æthereal
where exists a glimpse of an ancient miracle.
We look behind ourselves sometimes too damned fondly.
Like the past has never had a failed plan or folly?
We sit around with bad stature when we should stand tall and plan promptly!

Would they have reverted
If their people were allowed to eat and sleep without being murdered or converted?
