It sneaks up from time to time still but it doesn't throb like it used it. I hope your own place of pain subsides sooner than later. Great is the love that leaves such a well of pain behind

... indeed it is but a sneaky bastard. But no bastard/monster can match the light, that is the company of poets and friends. I find drowning it in ink...better option than the aforementioned.
And if i say no one else feels the way i do/did would be a lie coz to each fallen heart in its essence it indeed is the same...the intensity, and am talking about the true loving hearts here not the changing with time ones.

I know it may sound cruel, but when these times happen, it tests our resolve. Gives us an opportunity to see if is it meant to be and to what lengths are we willing to go.

Existence is a void none can escape. Purposeless, meaningless, absurd! The only resolve one can find comes from hope in a power greater than ourself, but even that connection is fleeting. How often have we turned our backs on forces of good (call it God if you will) for our own pride and ego, running this shit-show into the ground. And even when we reach a modicum of success, we're never satisfied, so we 'fritter and waste the hours in an off-hand way' (Pink Floyd's 'Breathe').
