I will close my eyes
While my heart is crying
Smile while I’m
Slowly dying
Knowing this is over,
Trying
With you I was soaring,
Flying
Now there’s just no glow,
No lighting
In my soul, love burning
Biting
But I will suffer
Pain exciting
At least I feel
But feelings fighting
So I make peace
Alone,
Love hiding

Thank you, I think this is bit of residue of the pain, and you are absolutely right about trying to quell the numb. I appreciate your words often. They are helping me pave a path made for me alone, but the scenery is beautiful.
