You shadow me in daylight;
Plague me when I'm down,
There is no escape from you,
I'm neither lost or found.

You haunt me when I'm sleeping;
Stalk me in my dreams.
As I lay beneath the sheets,
You plunder, plot and scheme.

You leave me when I'm dying;
When your work is done.
As I pull the trigger,
On this loaded gun.
