I used to often say that happiness is a transitory emotional state, but it's been frequently suggested in my reading that it is a state of mind, achieved through release of the illusions of ego. Interesting to contemplate.

Enlightenmental words i felt, "happiness is a transitory emotional state." I feel the depth, the height and the weight of this sentence, with a freedom of time.
