I put my head in the middle hoping to kill the pain
It goes to far though to the left side of my brain
Now I am a tomato growing out of my own ground
No longer can I see the sights or hear a sound
Tethered to life in my own self fulfilling dirt
Stuck between not knowing and all my hurt
No one wants to feed me the love I need to grow
There is no Sun above me or deep roots down below
In my peripheral vision all I can see is a dark flat sky
Do not want to live much longer but to afraid to die
I put my head in the middle hoping to kill the pain
It goes to far though to the left side of my brain
Now I am a tomato growing out of my own ground
No longer can I see the sights or hear a sound
Tethered to life in my own self fulfilling dirt
Stuck between not knowing and all my hurt
No one wants to feed me the love I need to grow
There is no Sun above me or deep roots down below
In my peripheral vision all I can see is a dark flat sky
Do not want to live much longer but to afraid to die
