Wormwood burning in the night
Candles annointed with dill alight.
I call Ayida to her rightful place
Beside Damballah; his entwined serpent mate
Catch the moon round and full
Call Kalfu to exert his pull
Maman Brigitte, Ogun, Nibo
Agwe, Simbi, and Loco
I call upon you every one
I call the Sea, the moon, the rising sun
Cloventongue is right though bold
This type of power is hard to hold
A writhing serpent or a viper
The juciest fruit only sweeter and riper
But this power is my legacy
So I repeat To alot Damballah. I beg of you. Give all of the power to ME!!!
