The Daily Struggle
Weight.
It's a huge issue for me.
I was starved as a kid, so I ate too much when I could.
I went from skinny to overweight, and I've been fighting with my self image ever sense.
The fight is difficult, a little nagging voice bitching at me for eating a small snack.
But I make sure I eat and ignore the little voice.
It's something I have to struggle daily.

i am sure many many can relate...as it is a reality

I finally hit true recovery 2.5 years later where i can use intuitive eating and feel good about my body even though I weigh more than I used to. And I hope you find true recovery (not just weight restored or I eat everyday because I have to) it truly feels amazing. I never believed anyone when they said that to me but I promise it gets better!
