I’m quite the conundrum.
Although I make perfect sense, (too me).
Vulnerable yet confident.
Confusing because I’m honest.
I know who I am but you do not.
I’m strong in my weakness.
I can ask for help without being taken advantage of.
I listen to advice and act on it, as long as it’s not foolishness.
I’m loud in my silence.
I’m accommodating in my defiance.
I’m a loaner in my reliance.
When I’m lonely, I’m comfortable.
I’m rarely alone.
I love reassurance, but I’m uncomfortable when I receive it.
I’m afraid of being conceited.
I’m a perfect enigma hiding in plain sight.
I’m passionate.
But I’m boring.
(I hate small talk)
And I bore easily.
(I HATE SMALL TALK!)
I’m not sensitive but I’m full of sensitivity.
I’m compassionate.
I’m brutally honest.
(There’s a fine line between the truth and political correctness, rarely do I find it.)
If you don’t want to believe what I’m telling you, then I’ll let you believe what you want.
I’m not going to waste my time trying to convince you.
I’ve got better things to do.
Like nothing.
So don’t ask me a question if you don’t want the answer.
I’ll answer it.
Or I can be nice.
But rarely can I do both.
And really mean it.
Have you ever been called too honest?
I have.
I’m just saying, remember that.
I’m a chameleon.
If I wanna be.
I’m an open book.
The only time I hold back is to protect someone else.
Probably you.
So be careful.
I hate to owe anybody anything!
I’m generous.
But you only get one chance to not pay me back.
I’m not stupid.
I don’t know if I’m right or wrong.
Normal or crazy.
I’m just me.
