That such a seemingly

       Serpentine frame

Could posses such strength

Power to submit me
     Power to overcome me

Ability to shock me.....


Some things need to be
Inspected closely
Slowly
Carefully....


I hadn't met
The green-golden hued speckles
Gleaming
Over your over-sized irises

Neither the fact
That they retain a watery quality

When I'm around..


You've only let me
Witness
Fleeting glimpses
Of your mind's workings

May not necessarily bring outcomes...
